How many languages does Parrot support?

Parrot supports over 85 languages, covering all major world languages and many regional dialects. This makes it perfect for airlines operating international routes.

What devices are required?

Parrot is a cloud-based SaaS solution. You only need a tablet or any device with a web browser and internet connection. No special hardware or complex installation required.

How long does it take to learn?

Our intuitive interface is designed for busy airline staff. Most users can master the system within 10 minutes. We also provide comprehensive training materials and support.

Who pays for the device fee vs flight fee?

Device fees are paid by the company that owns the devices. Flight fees are paid by the operating carrier (this applies to codeshare flights as well). Partner ground handling agents can be authorized to use the system, provided they have also subscribed to our service.

How does Parrot integrate with existing PA systems?

Parrot outputs high-quality audio that can be connected to any standard PA system via audio cable or Bluetooth. No modifications to your existing infrastructure required.

Is there a free trial?

We offer paid pilot programs for interested airlines. Please contact our sales team to discuss a customized trial arrangement for your airline.

Does it work offline?

Parrot currently requires an internet connection for AI voice generation. Offline support for pre-generated common announcements is planned for a future update.
